F55 strange noise on slowing down/braking.

My wife's MINI cooper s 5 door, has developed a strange noise on the rear drivers side when slowing down to 10mph and breaking.

We've had the underside of the car checked and there's nothing obvious that's lose of leaking fluid. Does anyoen on here personal experience of a similar issue?

No, but if it only happens when braking that is the area you need to be looking at.

rear calipers and rear wheel bearings have both needed replaced on mine

We've found the cause, it was a rear break pad that was sticking and had worn down more on one pad but still plenty left on the outer pad. Changed rear pads and now the car is fine 😀
