I own one. Great car quite often prefer it for a journey than the Porsche

Just bought the other half one of these, range is diabolical. Fully charged tonight it’s showing 94 miles in it’s mid setting, 99in green.
I won’t use it because of range anxiety. They can have the bloody thing back as far as I’m concerned with that range .

Did you not know the range when you bought the car?

I suspect while you have range anxiety, i bet it actually meets alot of your needs in terms of trips and usage.

Yes the range on the GOM can bring on paranoia when pushing on but for me on a day to day basis the range isn't a major issue and if you do need to get close to the upper end of the range factor in a charge. So far the range is looking around 110 miles on a charge.

The Mini isn't the only car so we have options fortunately but if we didn't have an ICE car it is unlikely we'd have bought it as it wouldn't manage the weekends away without some longer stops during the journey.

Would be quite tempted as a second car but will wait until the next gen car is launched as the F56 upon which the car is based is now looking a bit dated. Would assume that the next gen will have a bigger battery.

Range anxiety in a MINI EV lol What did you expect 400 mile range?

Most I ever saw was 155 miles on a charge in one go, but when you consider something like 80% of daily journeys are under 8 miles that 100 mile range is good enough for a weeks worth of travel. Want further buy a hybrid or spend more money and buy a full size EV!

Horses for courses really.

We tried one last week. Did 121 miles in it on a full charge.

Only reason we have gone for a Countryman instead is that we need the extra ground clearance, otherwise it would have been an ideal car.
