Which 3dr Hatch Mini Cooper, cooper S or elec ?

Debating the 3 scenarios in the title above from cooper to the electric there is £3k of difference over a 4yr period.

Like the thought of electric but with limited range (100miles seems to be the norm) might be a concern although it's very rare this would happen and it would be a 2nd car anyway.

Thoughts on spec ? so far we've priced up the Cooper and S with comfort and nav pack plus privacy. The elec was the level 3 model. Any must have options ?

All cars come with Apply play now which might negate the need for the Nav pack saving a bit of money.

Think the answer depends entirely on your typical usage?
What type of journeys and annual mileage do you do?

Mileage is low at circa 4k a year, with journeys being 20miles total at any given time. Electric range therefore isn't an issue.
