F54 8 speed auto problems

Has anyone here experienced problems with the 8 speed auto?
Mine is showing transmission error and won’t change up and sticks in a low gear. It only does this when warm.
Car is a 2018 SD in 42k miles. (Fortunately still within warranty.)
Car was in for 2 days and they were unable to find the fault . Problem came back today and car booked in for another visit.
