Convertible window misbehaving - help please.

We have a 2018 Cooper Convertible. When lowering roof, all windows lower, but then passenger side doesn’t come back up after roof drop complete. Similarly, when raising roof, passenger side stays down. Window functions fine when either side button is use to raise or lower it. Any ideas on what might be wrong - is there a way to reset it, or is this a trip to the dealer?

Resetting a window is often window all the way down, and window all the way back up. Keep finger on switch until the window drops and rises again. Normally takes a couple of seconds. Might be worth trying.

As above, window down, keep finger on button all the way & another 5 seconds, window up, keep finger on button all the way & another 5 seconds.
