Cooper d v one d

I own an f56 one d in base trim and love it, 14 plate, now on 76k miles, 35k of which I have put on. I have seen a Cooper 1.5d with Chilli pack, 15plate but with 30k miles and had been thinking of trading my car in this year, seems like a good match. How much different does the Cooper drive? It has about 24hp more, and will have 17in wheels with the Chilli pack. Is there a noticeable difference in ride quality and performance? I like the idea of a mini bit with more crewture comforts and this one is well specced, just wondering if the extras are worth the extra outlay?
