Convertible Hood Covers

Hi all - my partner’s just got an immaculate 12/17 Cooper S convertible. She did well as it was originally uber-specced including the Union Jack hood. It lives outside and we’re looking at a hood/window cover mainly for UV protection. Any recommendations please?

My recommendation would be don't.

I feel like living outside the roof on ours is rarely actually dry through most of the winter and covering it up wouldn't be great - especially as due to the shape the rear get filthy really fast - perfect environment to grow nasties.

Good point - I was as concerned about moisture under a cover almost as much as I was about UV damage

Ours used to live outside (blue hood) and I found a good proofer/protector worked wonders. I've had good results with GTechniq I1 and 303 Fabic Guard.
