Mini water ingress

Hi. New member with first post.
For some time now I have water getting in boot of Mini Cooper S 2006.
Ive checked places like rear light seals as it seems to be coming from those areas.
Gets quite bad, have resorted to taking bung out of battery well to allow it to drain.
Has anybody else had this problem and how can I fix.

IIRC from when i had mine there were a few spots.
Boot seal, third brake light, boot handle seal and the rear lights seals you mentioned. I know i adjusted the rubber stoppers to help things once too.
In the end i got a hose pipe with someone inside with a torch.

The rear Chrome trim below the glass can be a problem too, we had a mini one that was dripping through a couple of the holes, tiny little foam washers were missing off the clips.
