Strange creaking from behind pedals?

Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me diagnose a problem I’m having with my 1.6 Mini Cooper 2008. Recently I have had a strange creaking coming from behind the clutch and accelerator pedals. As I come off the clutch the front right of my car creaks right behind my feet, front wheel area, and the same happens when I release or compress the accelerator at low speeds (pulling off slow). Also as I go over bumps and come back down the same area crunches and creaks. The car used to be buttery smooth and I want that back so am keen to fix whatever this issue may be. All I can think is it’s engine mounts or clutch as that’s the area it’s coming from but I did have the clutch changed last year and it’s been fine for over 12 months. Any help of guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thankyou in advance.
