Another bike rack but for a Countryman SE All4

Would like to avoid roof mounted and have no towbar, what is best option (3 bikes)?

I think all countrymans come with bike rack prep.

It is on the back.
Look in your manual. They all come with the mini bike rack prep. Screws in to the tow eye covers on the rear bumper.

Did not see it before as it is not there!!

so the "Rear Bike Carrier Compact" is only for two bikes and "Not for the MINI Cooper S E Countryman. "

Didn’t realise that the plug in didn’t have the bike rack prep. That’s a shame.
The pro bike rack takes 3 bikes by the way - not that it matters.
Looks like roof or retrofitting a towbar are the only options.

No Towbar possible for the SE ALL4

I’ve yet to come across a car that my Saris Bones 3 won’t fit. Bloody awesome thing.

Pretty sure it, or one of the other Saris Bones models will work a treat.

Thanks I am contacting them to ensure the rack will fit mny car!!

Mini confirmed that for them the only option is Roof mounted for the SE All4


PS: just checked on their site and when I put the details of the car in their "find your bike rack fit" for Mini countryman 2017- I get a
"Sorry! We do not have any approved rack fits that match your criteria"

Response from them

"none of our trunk racks are approved for use on your vehicle. During our testing process, we found that the trunk on that particular vehicle is not strong enough to withstand the downward force a rack would place on it"
