F56 JCW Hatch Tyre Pressures

Hello all,

I have (the dreaded) runflats on my F56 and just wondered what sort of pressures people are running? I'm on the 18" wheels and notice the label on the driver's door pillar suggests 42psi, which seems a little high to me?!
