F56 Spec using reg and LCI changes

I've seen a few F56 Cooper S's that I'm interested in. Some of the adverts aren't brilliantly worded so the spec is hard to make out.

I've seen some owners paste their car's spec / equipment codes and wondered if it's possible to do that with a MINI. If so, what would you need to do this for a prospective car?

Also, from mid 2018 the Cooper S had a LCI but there's not a lot out there to say exactly what changed other than the rear lights. If anyone's got any info it'd be appreciated.
