Hi, I have a Mini Cooper r50, and was looking at buying an lci front bumper from a cooper a. Would this fit? Thanjs

Yes, it will fit bit you might also need to change a few minor bits behind the bumper to complete the conversion. Take a look at realoem.com to see the parts list for your car and a Cooper S and you can compare part numbers.
