2013 Mini Convertible Rear Speakers

Over the Bank Holiday weekend, with the weather being great thought I’d tackle a few jobs on the Mini (2013 R57 convertible). Fitted new front pads and discs, then turned my attention to the stereo, specifically the rear speakers (in the side panels), one of which is broken. The car has the basic stereo, but the quality of the speakers is very poor. Any recommendations for an easy upgrade? I was thinking I could de-rivet the assembly, remove the standard speakers and re-rivet the replacement into the adapters.

Any advice gratefully accepted, an internet trawl isn’t showing any straight replacements.
