Mini R53 Coopers s auto box

Hi folks
Yesterday i read a set of fault codes off a 2005 Auto Cooper S after a replacement auto box had been fitted and it detailed the following
2C10 Manual switch
2921 Linear Solenoid
Unfortunately the owner of the garge is ill and i wasn't able to contact him to find out why the box was changed in the first place but i do know they have apparently replaced the auto box control module as well.
I couldn't get the copy of DIS V57 to connect to the car so had to resort to using INPA and the supporting txt was in German.
Hopefully someone might be able to shed some light on these fault codes as the return as soon as they are erased.
