Below is a copy of the service record for my wifes car. (I've removed the various dealer references)
Can anyone tell me what work was actually carried out in October please.?
What do the various numbers in the different symbols mean?
14292, 14913, 109, 289, and the symbols themselves, I'm assuming oil, air filter, plugs, pollen filter, but then the other two, brakes and underbody check?
Thanks in advance

If it’s a modern one, say 2015 onwards then all the service history should be held in the computer in the car. Each service is listed, click on it for full details of what was done.

Wifes car, will try and work through the system. Last time I lost the one radio station she's managed to locate...
When bought last year it was supposed to have had a full service but when in for it's 3 year end of warranty check at a different dealer they said it hadn't..

Mini have changed the service history layout, it used to have its own section in AOS but but comes under Kaiso, you should find ticks under what was changed, the mileage is the count down is the distance remaining until that item requires a service. Typically on a 3 year old car you would expect to see 1 oil service and microfilter and 1 brake fluid change.

It looks like the print off is from the wrong part of the online portal. The print off your showing is the one from every time the key has been read. It’s from the technical information menu.
As mentioned above you need the Kasio print off.

Thanks Steve,

So the 14292 is the mileage when it should be changed (it's only done got about 8000 on it) or 07/20 (which the lady said was time for a "big" service). What does the 109 signify and what are the two items to the right, the upside down christmas pudding in brackets) and the "up on a lift"

They quote well over £400 for a "big" service although when I asked what it entailed, it sounded like oil, filter, air filter, pollen filter....want to keep the service record going but that doesn't sound like over £400 worth.

Cheers

Mini servicing is Oil and Cabin filter (microfilter) then 2 years or approx 20,000 miles its oil, cabin, air and plugs. The top figure is the mileage, the one below is the date. The service is due on the one that comes first. So you are going to hit it on the date rather than the mileage.

Have you checked to see if you have a service pack ? I didn't realise until a few days ago that ours had 5 years servicing. You may find a non franchised dealer can update the online history (we can) Its the plugs that are expensive, I would guess using genuine parts outside of Mini it would be around £300.
