Buying my first mini - is old gold?!

Hello my good dudes and dudettes! I am in need of advice regarding my first mini purchase.
I’ve wanted to own a Mini ever since I got my license and as it’s my birthday soon I’ve decided to seize the day and drop some dollaz on a shiny hunk of metal.
As this car won’t be driven very often (just when I need a rage drive as well as the occasional motorway jaunt to see friends) I don’t want to spend too much. Luckily I also prefer the look of the older mini models which means I’ve found some pretty bargainous adverts in my local area.
Can anyone give their two cents on the below options? I’ve checked both MOT histories online and am reassured they aren’t total lemons but would be good to get some more expert advice.
