Which Clubman would you buy?

Hi all,
Right. Here is the situation, please help me decide which one to go for...

A Cooper Clubman Petrol 2012, Chili, FSH and 68k on the clock.
A One Clubman Diesel 2014, all chrome interior and grill 48k on the clock.

Both are in great condition but I am just wondering how much the mileage/engine age should affect my decision.

Any help would be great.

Do you need a diesel (do you do more than whatever the figure is, 12k miles pa and not a lot of short journeys)?

We recently went through a similar decision but with annual mileage of around 8k miles and lots of short, city journeys, petrol was the one for us.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm borderline on the mileage, and I've currently got a Peugeot Diesel. I just cant decide which would be the better...
