TP flashing on Central Display

Hi irritatingly the TP (traffic programme) is flashing constantly. I’ve tried the button that controls this on the left but it does not switch it off or make it stop flashing. When I pressed the button in the past TP showed constantly. Anyone any ideas? I have the XL pack if that helps. Thanks
