Recently purchased 2014 Cooper S - Audio Q’s

Hello folks, recently purchased my first ever Mini and love it. Currently toying with upgrading the audio side of life as it doesn’t seem the best so any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Is there an easy way to upload music as I’m currently governed by Apple at home so it looks like I need to convert the music onto a USB. Am I missing a trick here?

Any simple hacks and recommendations would be very much appreciated.

If you have USB, can't you just stream with a Bluetooth adapter? Also look at a replacement Android head unit as an option? It should improve the sound as well.
If the newer cars are like the R series, the standard stereo has very poor sound
