Recode set as LIM

The latest facelift Cooper S has a limiter function in the CC which the older model doesn’t have. Is it possible to recode the SET button on an R56/57 MFSW to act as LIM? From a hardware perspective I imagine everything is there as a limiter must be part of CC so I’m hoping it’d be possible to just not do the throttle control.
