What's included in a Media Pack

We're looking at a 2011 Mini Countryman Cooper S for my wife. One of the things she really wants is nav. We've found one with media pack which includes the screen and Mini connected, but we couldn't see sat nav on the menu.

Everything we've read seems to suggest that nav has to be included when the screen is specified. Can anyone help?

If it was possible and I'm not just being thick, is it possible to add the nav when the screen is in place?

Any help appreciated, I'm so confused
