Hi wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

A couple of years ago the thermostat housing went and lost coolant completely. Replaced this and was fine since till the beginning of December just gone.

First of all engine management light comes on took it to the garqg to find out that it was the lamber sensor. Had this replaced and all seemed fine.

3 weeks of so later engine management light comes on again! Took it back to the garage to find out that the radiator had a hole in it and the temperature housing had gone and apparently coolant had ended up going through the whole system. Had all of this fixed last weekend.

This weekend was driving it noticed white smoke coming out of the exhaust and a funny smell. Engine management light comes on again!!!

Taking back to the garage tomorrow but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what it might be just so I can prepare myself for how much more it’s likely going to cost me 🙈

Thanks

Sounds more like head gasket to me, that's usually the way coolant finds its way into oil channels.Probably the lack of coolant from leaking radiator caused overheat and gasket fail .
