Hi,

I have a N18 JCW thats due a service in just over 2,000 miles according to the little indicator.

Its a 2012 car that djust done over 60k and has been serviced by mini @ 20k and 40k.

Does anyone have a list of what should be replaced when so i can see what i need to get sorted?

Just called a local specialist and they didnt seem to be able to tell me whats due when which didnt inspire confidence

Normally its -

2014 Oil and Cabin (microfilter in Mini Speak)
2016 Oil, Cabin, Air and Plugs
2018 Oil and Cabin
2020 Oil, Cabin, Air and Plugs

I just do everything every year, mines been in today, we did also changed the gearbox oil and the auxiliary belt as mine was absolutely knackered. Given i work within the trade its a little bit easier.

If you search Mini service you should be able to put your mileage in and it will quote you a price, from memory Mini want around £250 for a full service which is good value.

You may be able to buy the TLC XL, if it's still available.

It gets you two services, Major and Minor, for £250.

The long service intervals on the MCS are a joke. Thankfully the previous owner of ours also thought this and changed the oil every 8k. Topped up with the XL package.
High revving turbo engine with well documented (oil primed) tensioner and chain issues, exacerbated by low oil levels. It likes to drink it too so keep a good eye on it. And has no oil/water temp gauges. Get it changed every 10k/annually.

If you have the Nav version with Mini connected and download the app you can get the water guage.
