Pick up conversion?

This is for some, for some it isnt, but i like different and a good project, and just love the looks of it as of below pic.

I am looking for this as a project for next spring, maybe sooner but i have another project to finish first, and i promised SWMBO one project at a time now so this is research as what is needed as in engineers reports etc etc

So idea is as above really, a BMW Mini Clubman R55 pick up conversion.





What problems can you all see in doing this?

There's a guy who was featured in the Modern Mini magazine last year who has a bodyshop who did a pickup conversion on one....I'll see if I still have the copy.
