Hi, New to minis here!

Back in August I bought a Mini Approved Used 2014 Cooper S and I love it, car is fairly high mileage (bought at 64,500 and now on 68500). It appears to have been very well kept and under the engine looks immaculately clean almost new, i suspect it was a PCP lease handback after 4 years. Intend to keep it for another 5-6 years/ 70,000 miles.

I have however noticed ever since I bought the car it keeps sputtering/misfiring on idle. Every 5-10 seconds it will send a judder/jolt through the pedals. So I took it to my local BMW/Mini dealer who were generally uninterested and were confused why Partridge Mini would’ve given a car with such high mileage a warranty as they wouldn’t warranty a car like this, So off I went back home!

So tomorrow it’s booked into the dealer I bought it from, and fingers crossed they’ll be able to find the source though I’m not confident. I’m thinking (from what I’ve read online) Coil Packs? Mass Airflow sensor? Or Vanos?

Anyone else more knowledgeable than me on Minis have any idea?
Thanks
