R53 service indicator question

Hello, just a question about what I'm being shown on the distance to service indicator - it currently shows "oil service 2000 " (give or take, can't remember the exact mileage), but if I press the trip reset button while this is shown, it changes to "-2048" with no text - what does this mean? I can't seem to find what this is telling me, am I overdue on some sort of servicing?

Brake fluid change overdue , and possibly coolant depending on age of car
