Oxygen sensor fault code and replacement
Discussion
There’s two holes for oxygen sensor 8 here but when I go on the you tube tutorials the one they are changing seems to be the one further down after the first silencer, circled in red.
As shown by this kinda strange looking lady......but you would wouldn’t you????

Two things:
The one you point out is the post cat one so, yes that is the one you are changing, what is your question on that one as you don't seem sure?
No I wouldn't HATE tattoos with a vengeance, nothing more off-putting that a pretty girl who has been drawn all over! She is too skinny and too heavily made up anyway.

There are two in red (number 8) that seem to be either side of what I thought was the cat....is the one that I circled the post cat one, have I mistaken the cat for a silencer? Dur! If so, are there THREE sensors, the two number 8’s plus the one I circled?

Gotcha....just got under the car and tried undoing the old sensor and it moved straight away. Looks like a straight forward job so ordered a new one.
Do I need to get the warning light turned off/fault cleared or will it do it itself?
The code should clear and the warning light go off after so many warm up cycles with the error condition absent.Do I need to get the warning light turned off/fault cleared or will it do it itself?
You might consider buying a reasonably feature rich OBD2 code reader/data viewer/data logger/code clearer tool though. It is nice to be able to after addressing the suspected cause of the CEL to clear the codes which resets all the adaptation values to their defaults and road test the car.
