R56 rear hatch latch

the touch latch on our 2010 R56 Cooper s has died

does anyone have a trusted supplier or should I just go to the dealer for a new one

In Brisbane Australia but happy to buy from OS if its value

It will either be the switch in the boot or more commonly the electric latch motor. See here for guide and possible parts:

I bought mine off eBay UK for around £59 and it was listed as OEM & came in MINI packaging.
