Mini Clubman Cooper D 1.6 oil wetting

Hi looking at a used 2008 1.6D clubman, engine has 101k and a good service history, but theres wetting around this area at the front left hand side (drivers side), some fine oil staining on the bonnet underside, no oil on the drive under the car though.
It this a breather pipe or near the turbo?

Its running and collecting on the cable trunking ive marked up.

I'd be more concerned about about any build up around the injectors than that.

Injectors replaced about a year ago, so I was worried if this was near the turbo.
