F56 JCW tyre choice
Discussion
Hi all,
Can anyone tell me what tyres Mini are fitting to these now on the 17 inch rims. I think I recall seeing somewhere that they swapped to Michelin, but not sure which type.
Want to maintain performance, but my Wife’s JCW needs (yet another) set of tyres and a bit fed up with the rate of wear on the Pzeros.

My wife's Cooper SD came fitted with Michelin Primacy 3's (205/45R17) when we bought from new last May. 14k miles later and we've just had to replace the fronts which were almost down to the wear bars (and the rears probably don't have much more life in them either). Not too impressed
Gone with Pilot Sport 3's, hoping they'll last a little longer.

I'd like to give a good reason, but sadly I don't have one (bar laziness)...
My local garage are great but the online ordering section of their website isn't the best. When I looked they had PS3's listed but not PS4's, so they didn't really register with me. Lesson learnt, next time I'll just give them a call as they'll happily order something even if not listed online.
In the meantime we've got no complaints with the PS3's, we drove 200miles yesterday and grip was superb even when it was chucking it down. (and hopefully they last a bit longer this time)
