invite to new MINI showroom no reply?

Had an email from our local Mini dealer as test drove a JCW recently because they are opening up a new showroom with the LCI mini which we are still interested in. JCW convertible keen on Anyway email said to click for invite and will be in touch. All good so far.
Clicked -yes will be in touch but then nothing 2 weeks nothing.

Not heard from them at all. Sent an email to the sales team about the new opening and zilch nothing back either.

The mini config for the JCW convertible doesn't even work.

Wife and I would be keen to see the new mini and the convertible in the flesh and be nice to go to the opening of the new showroom after having an email asking I we did. Thye must have spent some money on the advertising and food etc Just strange that they have not replied twice.

If you're that bothered about it (doesn't sound like the greatest event in the world to me) why don't you call them? I doubt it will be oversubscribed.
