MoT Advisories
Discussion
Morning all,
I'm looking at a buying another R53 Mini as a run-around whilst they're cheap and a seen a couple of nicer spec'd ones but on the previous MoT advisories are showing, 'Vehicle has a lot of heavy surface corrosion to suspension components structure and sub structure'. Should this be a concern?
Other than that, finding one that's got a decent spec (HK, half leather, Xenon headlights) that hasn't had eleventy-billion owners and been to moon twice, is proving tricky.
Cheers,
Ash

MOT advisories are totally subjective, every MOT tester will have a different opinion of what constitutes heavy rust.
If it worries you take steer clear as there will be around 30,000 for sale at any one time.
Yeah, i thought that, but there's really not as many as i expected that look interesting that aren't the other side of the country. And i'm impatient. If it worries you take steer clear as there will be around 30,000 for sale at any one time.
