Morning all,

I'm looking at a buying another R53 Mini as a run-around whilst they're cheap and a seen a couple of nicer spec'd ones but on the previous MoT advisories are showing, 'Vehicle has a lot of heavy surface corrosion to suspension components structure and sub structure'. Should this be a concern?

Other than that, finding one that's got a decent spec (HK, half leather, Xenon headlights) that hasn't had eleventy-billion owners and been to moon twice, is proving tricky.

Cheers,
Ash

MOT advisories are totally subjective, every MOT tester will have a different opinion of what constitutes heavy rust.

If it worries you take steer clear as there will be around 30,000 for sale at any one time.

Yeah, i thought that, but there's really not as many as i expected that look interesting that aren't the other side of the country. And i'm impatient.
