I know nothing about car servicing and would appreciate the opinion of you experts.
A recent service reported the above, should I replace one or both at the same time - car has done 58,000 miles

It's usually quicker to replace the arm, just make sure they fit a quality part (not star line) you only need to do one side. The other option is to replace the bush with a power flex bush, but you would need to do one.

The wheel alignment should be checked afterwards too
