2007 Mini Cooper - advice please

Hi is there anything to look out for on a 2007 model I'm thinking of buying? Previous MOTs check out ok although there's an advisory 'oil leak' and a light not working. It's done 81,000 miles, but only 2,000 miles last year with no service due to limited use.
I'm thinking clutch - how long do they last?
Any areas known to rot?
Anything else?
Ideas of cost would be handy
