Best tyres for the new JCW

Having ordered a new JCW with the 18" wheels I was wondering if any owners have replaced the tyres? From what I have read on reviews including pistonheads long term review, the car could benefit from having the run flat tyres changed for an alternative.

So what do folks suggest it's a good alternative and what width and profile works?

Michelin Pilot sport 4. Will transform the car. Best tyre I've ever had on a Front wheel drive. Even been working great in the cold weather.
