Discussion
Im going to be replacing the crank position sensor o-ring on my R53 Cooper S, and will be following this process:

I dont want to put the whole car on axle stands, it would be easier on my drive to put just one side of the car onto axle stands and work under it like that (so basically car at an angle, with stands placed under front and rear jacking points on just that side).
Not sure if that would provide sufficient access or do you really need the whole car to be on axle stands? and has anyone done similar and can give any additional advise?
Cheers
