Decisions, decisions

Hi guys
I'm looking at getting a pre-facelift countryman in the next month or so. My problem is I'm spoilt for choice, at first glance the obvious option for me was a cooper d as I will be travelling around 100 miles a day 5 days a week commuting to work etc. so the diesel is a no brainer really. I'm just looking for a bit of advice on options including the ALL4 variant, does this make a huge difference etc. is it worth the extra?
Another thing I am considering is a cooper SD. Is there a huge difference in the mpg between the D and the SD? Does the all4 make a difference? And what packs/other spec items are a must have?
Thanks in advance

The only nice one of those is a Cooper SD All4 in my opinion at least, and the one most likely to have a half decent residual, and with decent go.
Otherwise a Cooper D Mini (normal) before the current facelift, is a hoot actually, and pulls like a train with over 50mpg easily, brilliant little car.
