A lesson leaned.... the hard way

Lesson, never, ever, ever forget to tell the dealer not to wash the car.

This; is their idea of cleaning a car. So my wifes, Gtechniqued, machine polished, swirl fee car is now covered in scratches.

Wash method, get bucket of water dirtier than the car, chuck it over then use dirty rag to sand paintwork.

Seriously, it was cleaner when it went in, and it wasn't covered in swirlmarks.

That's a days work with the polisher to sort

I feel your pain

They managed to wash half my car before they remembered that I didn't want it done

My Audi dealer puts a "Do Not Wash" tag on the keys, so no mistakes made

I always tell them not to wash mine or they pay for the detail if they scratch it, so far, the have not washed it.
