gp 1921 anyone know it?

Just been to look at it at a main dealer. Aparantly it's had erm about 9 owners and it's sold twice in the last month but it really looked unlovedfor only 60k on the clock and about £12k (can you tell the salesman was great) he also thought it was an r56 :s

Anyway anyone got any history on it?
