Convertible roof repairs

Can anyone recommend somewhere to get my roof repaired in the North? R52, 54 plate. Had it at an indie, who said it needed a complete cassette change. Passenger side latch wouldn't release or engage fully. Cable tied shut at the minute. Air and watertight. Part and labour prices are crazy, more than the car is worth. Good options down South at more sensible prices, but can't make a three day mid week effort and a 500-600 mile trip.

Any suggestions welcome.
