Mini Center Wheel Caps

I am looking to change my Mini wheel center caps as current ones looking a bit tatty !

Does the wheel have to be removed and then popped out from the back to replace ?

There seems to be no gap at all from the front to get a screwdriver in to pop out

Generally YES, to prevent them being stolen.

A pic of the wheel and knowing which model MINI theyre on would help further confirmation.

You can also try posting on MINI2.com or TotalMINI.com

Stick a self tapping screw through them and pull them out.

Or try a suction pad thing, or glue something to them to pull them out with.
