Running without sensors on TPMS car

Looking at a set of winter wheels that don't have the sensors fitted.
What will happen if I fit them-will it just ignore it or will i get everlasting warning lights?

Are you sure your Mini has TPMS sensor valves?

Mine (2014) doesn't. I believe mine runs through wheel rotation speed. I had no issues when i changed to winter wheels.

Its a late 2014 F55 but I will check

Dealer says car is fitted with tpms and running wheels without sensors will cause alarms.
