Heater not working...help!

Hi there,

A friend of mine has a 2011 MINI Coupe Cooper S D and the heater for the cabin has failed, there is no air coming out no matter what you do with the fan speeds, temperature, direction of air etc etc

I was wondering if this was a common problem and what the fix might be?

We have checked all of the fuses and they are okay, and checked the pollen filter which appears to be relatively new.

Check the coolant level.
