Lack of Hot Air

I have an issue with my R53 Cooper S , in that there is no hot air coming through the vents , Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be please ? .

Has anyone else had a similar problem , if so what was the cause .

My R56 had no hot air a couple of weeks ago. First thing to check is that you still have coolant in the system?

being checked by a Garage as we speak , hope they fix it !
