Bentley Arnage 4.4 V8 1998 Non Runner

Hello everyone,
My Bently will not start!!!!!!!!

Problems i can see are no spark, coil ground and feed are good but no ecu primary switching.

And ecu will not switch earth path to ground on fuel pump relay circuit.

Engine cranks over good, crank shaft sensor (inductive type) signal is a good pattern on scope, cam shaft sensor (hall type)apears to be ok iam getting a 10 volts digital switchin signal not sure if the voltage should be 10 volts or a 5 volts signal.
can anyone help please.

I'd suspect something in the inhibitor circuit - immobiliser, auto-box, etc.

not sure if either is CAN-bus controlled, but there could also be something to look at there, too.
