Bentley Arnage corrosion problems?

I have been told to look out for corrosion on the Arnage, apparently it can get very nasty.

I have been told about one instance where it had eaten a hole in the inner wing, and also gone through the crumple zone whot-nots.

Can anybody enlighten me?

I dont think corrosion is generally regarded as being a big problem on an Arnage,my car is 9 years old and the bodywork is as good as new,no crazing/bubbles or anything,the paintwork itself is in amazing condition.

Theres a used car feature on the Arnage in this weeks Autocar and this also says that corrosion isnt a known problem on these cars.

I owned an Arnage T from September 2008 until September 2009. It was a 2002 model with 25K on the clock. Only corrosion was nearside wheel arch which Bentley in Glasgow fixed up for £350 otherwise car paintwork was excellent. Split rim alloys however were in need of a bit of a touch up which I never did get around to.
