Conti GT Warranty.
Discussion
Hi there Marcellus!, would you care to clarify the problems you've encountered that has proved your warranties invaluable. Also does this mean that the GT is problematic, I only ask as I am considering buying one, or a DB9 and am tring to weigh up the pros & cons of both as well as general running costs, I'm looking at an '05/06 model of both, however this all hinges on funding and could mean I'd drop to 04/05 just to cover all angles.

The Bentley warranty is the best available and judging by the 6 GT's I've had experience of it's essential!

Mechanically the GT is quite a robust car(I did have one which needed new engine mountings at 18000 miles though..),however the main problems owners have is with electrical problems, minor complications on normal cars but on a GT it can result in a four figure bill!Things such as rear brake light malfunction, usually the rear screen has to come out for this to be fixed, water leaks into the cabin(sometimes as a result of the rear screen not being bonded in correctly after a rear brake light replacement),electric handbrake problems, electric rear spoiler problems, airbag malfunctions, multi function display in between speedo+rev counter failures etc etc.MarsellusWallace said:
