Bentley GTC wind noise

I brought a used GTC from a private seller a couple of months ago and although its not my usual kind of car I am very impressed with it.
I have noticed that with the roof up there is wind noise from above the drivers door window, now never have been in another GTC Im not sure what to expect but I would say the wind noise is more intrusive than other cabs I have had and as there is no noise from the passenger side I think it needs an adjustment.
My questiona are
1/ Would these adjustments be covered under the 3 year warranty.
2/ Have other owners had similiar issues and is there a known fix.
