Anyone got the e-mail/ number for customer complaints (RR)?
Discussion
I'm seriously p*ssed off! I drop my Seraph in for some 'minor' work (that cost me 4K) and when I get the car back the indicator stalk is broken. I report it and when I get a call back on the Monday (I picked it up late on Friday) I get told that they won't pay for it as 'its unlikely one of their techs would have broken it'.
FFS.
And its about 1K to get it fixed!!!!
So, anyone know the complaint route?

You need to pursue the dealer who did the work, it is their responsibility if they break, or something breaks whilst they have the car. RR at Goodwood will have no interest in the car as they didn't build it, they are a completely separate and a new company with no connection to your Crewe built RR Seraph.
Bentley at Crewe would be a better bet to contact than RR, as they built the car, so could put some pressure on with the dealer or a goodwill gesture, but I suspect that they too will also probably have no interest in it either, as it's been out of warranty for a good few years by now surely?

You're right. I had it out with them today and they are clearly not interested - the point about Crewe came up as well. After much finger pointing we agreed that if they did it at half price then I'd get it sorted.
What really grated was the attitude of 'well its a design fault and it was going to break sooner or later'. They also made the point many times that my car is old - it may be a 1999 but its only got 25K miles on it (genuine) and its been in Houston all its life so has absolutely no rust, etc. Its not like its lead a hard life!
